Those incredible little birds that zoom past like a streak of blue lightning – always when you least expect it! That’s exactly what inspired this little ceramic guy. Now you don’t have to wait for the real thing to show up, you can have one sitting next to you while you enjoy your breakfast!

The vibrant orange and blue glazes have been a real test of patience – I mixed and tested glazes until my hands were blue (literally!)
