Day 27 of the 30 day challenge

After the shifting and bending and carrying and painting and digging I felt pooped out.

Sometimes we need to take the time out and shouldn’t ever feel guilty for it.

We can’t run at full tilt nor on empty forever.

So with that in mind, I headed off for a walk around Holmfirth and popped into their lovely charity shops. Did some window shopping and got some ideas and inspiration to take home with me.

I had my chiropractor session in the evening and knew that Wednesday would be a new day, even if it was a sore one. I’d been making more earthenware happy little starfish, some of which had lost limbs whilst I was smoothing them down. I didn’t get upset about it, they were formed as they were meant to be. Just like us.

Our soul has a body, not the other way around.

Want to know something amazing? Starfish can regenerate limbs. It takes a long time, and is not without pain so please don’t hurt them!

Their lost limb can potentially heal itself and regenerate into a genetically identical starfish too.

How much do we have to learn and appreciate from our fellow beings on this planet?!?!?
