Ethics

It is vitally important to get veterinary help for any sick, injured or dying animal. I do not diagnose nor am I a vet. It is the responsibility of the animal’s owner to seek the best way in which to help their animal.

I may relay animals’ ideas, feelings, pains, symptoms, as they describe them or as I feel or perceive them, and this may be helpful to veterinary health professionals. I may also assist through handling of stresses, counselling, and other gentle healing methods. I let clients decide for themselves how to work with healing their animal companions’ distress, disease, or injury, given all the information available.

Empathy & Compassion

Everything I do comes from a place of love and compassion for all beings and wanting the best for them. By communicating with the animals we’re able to see things from their perspective, to help bring harmony to our relationships with them and mutual resolutions to any problems. It’s also about understanding that there may not be any solutions, and that animals have their own minds and make their own decisions.

Confidentiality

I respect the privacy of people and their animal companions that I work with, and honor their desire for confidentiality.
