Delivery & Returns – Everything You Need to Know!
UK Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over £100
- Smaller items wing their way to you via Royal Mail tracked 24
- Larger pieces travel by Parcelforce or courier
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from when you place the order
A Quick Note About Delays Look, we all know sometimes life gets a bit… interesting. While I’ll get your pieces packed and posted promptly, I can’t control delays caused by things like Christmas chaos, pandemics, alien invasions (hasn’t happened yet, but you never know!), or fuel shortages. I promise to keep you updated if anything’s going wonky with deliveries!
International Orders
- A flat rate fee of £24 applies to international delivery
- Usually sent via Royal Mail tracked
- Heads up: You’ll need to cover any customs or import taxes.
- Customs may take extra time to check my critters aren’t carrying any weapons before releasing them on their way to you
Returns (“Help, I Need to Send Something Back!”)
- You’ve got 14 days from receiving it to let me know
- Return it unused and resaleable
- You’ll need to cover the return postage
- PLEASE get proof of postage (seriously, this is super important!)
- After 14 days, I’ll assume you’re as happy with your piece as I hope you are!
Oh No – It’s Arrived Damaged!
- Please ontact me within 48 hours
- Send photos of both the damaged packaging AND the piece
- Post it back to me within 7 days
- Once I’ve had a look, I’ll sort out your refund
International Returns – Extra Important Bits!
- Mark your customs label as “Returned Goods”
- If you don’t, any customs/import taxes might come out of your refund
- Sorry, but them’s the rules they set
Lost Parcels If your order goes on an unexpected adventure in the postal system, we’ll need to wait until it’s officially considered “lost” but I promise to keep you updated and help track it down.
