Delivery & Returns Information
I want to make sure that what you have bought is packed carefully and well so it arrives in one piece.
Delivery in the UK is free and smaller orders sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders usually by Parcelforce or courier. Please allow 3-5 working days from the order date for delivery.
That said, if things are crazy busy in the world at large, I can’t be held responsible for any delays in delivery out of my control (think Christmas post, Brexit, Pandemic stuff, alien invasions, fuel shortages…etc…)
Isn’t included and will be calculated at the checkout. I prefer to send international parcels via Royal Mail tracked but will sometimes use couriers depending on the size of the order. All customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, please investigate these before purchase to avoid unexpected fees. I can’t be held responsible for delays due to customs.
If you’re not a happy bunny and want to return what you bought, then I’ll ask you to return it to me in an unused and resaleable condition at your responsibility of postage. PLEASE make sure you ask for a proof of postage if you return anything. I can’t accept responsibility for anything that gets lost or damaged in the post when they’re being returned.
The clock starts ticking for any cancellations/refunds as soon as you receive the piece and after 14 days if I’ve not heard anything I assume you’re happy with your purchase (feel free to let me know if you are happy, it makes me very happy to know that you’re happy.)
IF, however, it’s arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a picture of the damaged packaging and art piece, then please send it back to me within 7 days. Once I get the item back for an inspection then I can process the refund.
If you’re international and decide you want to send something back, please make sure to mark your customs label as “Returned Goods.” If you don’t then customs, import taxes and handling fees may have to be deducted from your refund.

Until your order is considered “lost in the post” I’m unable to offer a replacement or a refund.
