I aim to get every sculpture packed and out the door within 2 working days of your order.
UK Delivery
• Flat rate: £7 on all UK orders
• Dispatch: within 2 working days
• Smaller items: Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Larger items: Parcelforce 24
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is booked in
International Delivery
Australia, USA and Canada
• Flat rate: £30
• Dispatch: within 2 working days
• Smaller items: Royal Mail Tracked International
• Larger items: Parcelforce or FedEx
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is booked in
• Estimated delivery: typically 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs
New Zealand
• Flat rate: £30
• Dispatch: within 2 working days
• Smaller items: Royal Mail Tracked International
• Larger items: Parcelforce or FedEx
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is booked in
• Estimated delivery: typically 10–21 working days depending on customs
Switzerland
• Flat rate: £30
• Dispatch: within 2 working days

Customs and Import Taxes
For orders outside the UK, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes on arrival in your country. These charges are outside my control and are your responsibility to pay. Customs can occasionally hold deliveries for inspection, which may add time to your delivery.
Switzerland in particular applies its own VAT on imports — please be aware of this when ordering.
Packaging
Sculptures are carefully packed using specifically sourced recyclable materials. I take a lot of care with this — damage in transit is extremely rare.
Returns
There is a 30-day return policy should you wish to return a sculpture. This does not apply to made-to-order pieces. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the extremely unlikely event of damage during delivery, please email me at sarah@sarahbrabbin.com as soon as you're aware of any problems so we can get things sorted.
Things Out of My Control
While I'll get your pieces packed and posted promptly, I can't control delays caused by things like busy postal periods, customs backlogs, extreme weather, or other events outside my control. I'll always do my best to keep you informed.
