Refund policy

Every sculpture I send out is packed with care, but if something isn't right, I want to sort it out quickly.

 

Returns

There is a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, should you wish to return a sculpture.

Please note: this does not apply to made-to-order or commission pieces.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

 

How to Return

Please follow these steps — returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted:

 

1.     Email me at sarah@sarahbrabbin.com before sending anything back, so I know to expect it.

2.     Pack the sculpture securely in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked delivery service. I can't take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

3.     Return postage is to be covered by you.

4.     Please make sure the sculpture comes back in its original condition, including the certificate of authenticity and all gift packaging.

5.     Once I've received your return, I'll confirm this and process your refund within 14 days.

 

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you expected, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll make it right.

A Note for International Customers

If you are based outside the UK, your local consumer protection laws may give you additional rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. This returns policy does not override or limit those rights. Specifically:

 

        Australia: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.

        New Zealand: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply in addition to this policy.

        Canada: Your provincial consumer protection rights apply in addition to this policy.

        Switzerland: Your warranty rights under Swiss law (including the 2-year statutory warranty period for defective goods) apply in addition to this policy.

        United States: This policy sets out the voluntary returns window offered by this store.
